   At Better Balls we strive to provide you with better balls. We specialize in producing high quality, captive bred and born ball python morphs and Brazilian rainbow boas. Please feel free to browse our various pages, and contact us if you have any questions.  Here at Better Balls and Boas, we love our snakes!
 

    Better Balls and Boas is a collaborative effort between two snake enthusiasts and long time friends.  Please do not be confused by the fact that Better Balls and Boas has two email addresses. Both Jordan and Emily are equally thrilled to receive your emails.

Terms and Conditions for

Sale of Reptiles

General

-All animals are guaranteed to arrive in good health and properly sexed.

-All animals come with full feeding and shedding records, as well as, a signed genetics guarantee where applicable.  If produced by Better-Balls the animal will come with information about the sire and dam.  If not produced by Better-Balls the animal will come with information about where said animal was originally acquired.

-All of our babies will have taken at least three consecutive meals prior to being shipped.

-No animal is considered sold until they are paid for in full.

-Money Order
-Paypal
-Personal Check:  We will delay shipping until the check has cleared.
-Cash:  We will only accept cash if the animal is picked up, please do not mail cash.

 

Shipping

-Shipping is through SYR.com or FedEx (we recently became certified, yay!).  All animals will be shipped overnight and a tracking number will be provided.

-Free Shipping on all orders over $500.

-All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive if temperatures along the shipping route are between 50F and 90F and if they are received by a live person on the first delivery attempt.

 

Returning Customers

-First Time Returning Customers receive 5% off their total purchase

-Second Time Returning Customers receive 10% off their total purchase

-To qualify as a ‘Returning Customer,’ subsequent purchases after the first purchase must be made in any breeding season following a previous purchase. For example, if you purchased a baby from us in the spring of 2008, you would qualify as a returning customer in the spring of 2009.
